Fraser Hill

Fraser Hill is about 1521 metre from sea level. It is located slightly to the north of Genting Highland and is about 40km from Raub, Pahang. The resort is about an hour and a half away from Kuala Lumpur via Kuala Kubu Baru. The road to the hill resort wind for about 35km after the Gap. There are many bamboo trees along the way. If you are Lucky you can see animals come out from the jungle especially during night time.
The beauty of Fraser's Hill is based primarily on its cool mountain air, its abundance of luxuriant vegetation, -- all of which have made it a favoured destination for bird watchers. While there are many other attraction to be found here. They are all pleasantly complementary to Fraser's Hill tranquil charms. There are jungle trails, waterfalls and flower nurseries, a very pleasant 9 hole golf course and a riding stable. Other facilities include a children's playground and a roller skating rink.
The distance between the summit and bottom of the hill through the tar road is about 8km but it will take you 20 minutes because the road is narrow and winding. As there is another road to go down hill so the driver is more relax because there are no on coming vehicles.
