Chiang Dao, Thailand

Chiang Dao was part of our backpack trip to Thailand last year. We just stayed there for one night so can't tell you more about it.
I don't think many of you know Chiang Dao. It is actually a very small town to the east between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.
I think it is as small as Lunas in Kulim. We went there just because wanted to explore the Chiang Dao Cave the only tourist attraction there. What you can find in Chiang Dao is only a middle size market, two rows of shops along the main road and a small hotel.

Although we took few hours to reach there but for me it is worth it as the cave is really wonderful compare to all that I have visited in Malaysia. After visting the cave we proceeded to Tha Tong (3 hours distanct by van). Tha Thong is also a small town but I can introduced anything to you because after reaching there, we didn't have any spare time and took boat to Chiang Rai straight away.
